Subject:  Rep. question

Listers,
The Conservatory where I teach is starting a Chamber Music program
(three or more performers) and wants the voice students to get involved.
The problem is that most of the singers are beginners of various ages or
are only interested in "pop" and musical theatre. What we're looking for
is simple music for voice(s) and instrument(s) that would be suitable
for this type of venture. The piano and string divisions have students
at all levels interested in chamber music. Apart from Saint Saens' Une
flute invisible, I'm drawing a blank. Can anyone help? Karen??
Thanks,
Craig, Burnaby BC
