I believe it was Michelle in Australia who suggested that old (ahem)
members of the list occasionally reintroduce themselves. I'd had the
same idea as we are happily experiencing an influx of new people.
Coincidentally I am just putting the finishing touches on my own web
site and would like to ask you all to stop by at your convenience and
let me know what you think!
The short version on me:
I am a singer & actor living and working and commuting between Boston
and New York. My original training was in classical singing and in
the past few years I have branched out into theatre, new music,
cabaret, and musical theatre. I'd also really like to be involved in
more experimental work but it hasn't come up yet. In the classical
realm, I guess I would be called a soubrette, although it feels
almost silly to think of myself that way now, as I do very little
opera these days.
I guess that's it for now; I'm happy to continue to be a part of this
lovely community.
