I have Etrust anti-virus, which you can purchase from its website, it doesn't
cost much,
and sends out updates regularly, sometimes even a couple of times a day!,
and the latest version downloads them automatically.
They even sent out a notice about the Bugbear virus on Oct. 1st. You can find

I also use Opera as a browser and to read emails, not Outlook express, which
helps as well.
