Also keep in mind that taking Tylenol over a long period of nights doesnt do any good for your stomach. I dont remember exactly what it might effect but there ARE effects of taking it too often. I would like to recommend something that was recommended by my doctor because I am suffereing the same that you are. These roomies I tell ya... What I am recommending is Melatonin. It is a nonprescription natural remedy, and as far as i can tell is non-addictive. The exact stuff that I am using is called Melatonex. It works well. You take it about an hour before the time you want to get to sleep, then it goes into action. Give it a try.
