What I am recommending is Melatonin. It is a nonprescription natural
remedy, and as far as i can tell is non-addictive. The exact stuff
that I am using is called Melatonex. It works well. You take it about
an hour before the time you want to get to sleep, then it goes into
action. Give it a try.
