"All the Pretty Little Horses" is in Set II of Copland's OLD AMERICAN SONGS. These are published by Boosey & Hawkes.
"Orpheus with his Lute" by William Schuman (NOT Robert Schumann) comes in two versions - one is as a single song, the other is in his work IN SWEET MUSIC: SERENADE ON A SETTING OF SHAKESPEARE, which is a work for voice, flute, viola, and harp, based on the song. Schuman used the song again in his A SONG OF ORPHEUS, which is a "Fantasy for Cello and Orchestra".
The song is published, among other places, in the Schirmer (now Hal Leonard) book 15 AMERICAN ART SONGS (ed. Gary Arvin). The Serenade and Fantasy are published by Merion Music (Theodore Presser, sole representative).
