Michael and Vocalisters,
People are people, the world around. Let us hope that
we here in the Western culture appeal to the "better
angels," the better nature of humanity (what better
way than to sing?) and let us hope that the others will
come around in time to a less extreme, more humane point
of view.
Meanwhile, to quote Leonard Bernstein: "This will be
our reply to violence: to make music more intensely,
more beautifully, more devotedly than ever before."
