Mirko:
You don't mention how long you've been dealing with this. In my
experience, some really wicked bugs can take weeks to run their course,
and there is little that you can do to hasten the process, except for
doing the things that you are already doing. If there is any sign of
infection (mucous gone wrong with a greenish tinge) you might have a
sinus infection which would need to be treated with antibiotics.

GO light on the voice (marking in rehearsals, talking less in school
if possible) and try to relax! Stress will do unkind things to your
reflux which will increase phlegm production. I don't recommend
Echinacea with reflux; it really did a number on mine a few years ago!
