The Miller books you mentioned; Shirlee Emmons/Alma Thomas' Power Performance
for Singers; The Diagnosis and Correction of Vocal Faults by James McKinney;
the two volumes of word-for-word translation books; Complete Preparation by
Joan Dornemann; and The Interpretation of French Song by Bernac. I'm sure
