Subject:  "Glitter and Be Gay" for baritones?

Hi List:

I am looking for a song that has the same qualities and shows off the
baritone voice as well as "Glitter and Be Gay" does for the soprano voice.
The qualities I am looking for are:

1. English (language)
2. an interesting/quirky/humorous text (preferable non-nature)
3. a dramatic component/chance to show theatrical skills
a. a "sad" part
b. a "happy" part (i.e. contrasting/complex emotions)
4. longish (5 minutes-ish)
5. lyric as well as "complex" (runs, etc.) notation
6. an interesting/difficult accompaniment
7. chance to show off high notes (e, f, f#)
8. generally "light" in nature/subject matter

This song can be from opera, oratorio, art song, Broadway or any other type
of literature and can have either piano or symphonic accompaniment.

Handel's "See the Raging Flames Arise" fits many of the qualities, but I am
looking for something more light in nature. Also, it does not possess the
duel emotions.

Thank you

Jay
