Well, there's in the shadow of the stars which is about members of the SF
Opera Chorus ... it does a good job of showing how desperate most classical
singers lives are in many ways ... very talented people just barely getting
by.
Read an interesting figure in Jerome Hines the 4 voices of men, the number of
people that made $25,000+ (a pretty low figure) in the USA in 1994 was 104...
I doubt that number has grown much.
