I love Anne's aria "No word from Tom..."
and would like to learn and perform it. I have not
seen this opera, I only have Fleming singing it, and I
am aware that Elisabeth Schwarzkopf originated this
role. That said, is this role/ aria inappropriate for
a larger soprano voice? I figure this aria *is* more
age appropriate for me and I would grow out of
it...thoughts?
