if you don't like homeopathic stuff...you may not like this...but ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory...so you might try "ginger tea" (actually just fresh ground ginger and hot water...no actual tea) some of the chai mixes work well too...but tend to have caffine which is dehydrating...i have had some luck with this but generally when i am feeling better just can't get my throat back in order... hope ya feel better soon! christine
