Times like these, I take a few swigs of guaifenesin syrup
(expectorant only, no added suppressants, alcohol, etc.)
right out of the bottle and chase it with a quart of
Gatorade multiple times throughout the day. And steam. And
sleep. If you can take a day off of work and just spend it
sleeping and ingesting liquids, that might help a lot. Good
