The bad news is there are no miracles (disclaimer: check with the representative of your religion of choice).
Assuming it is just the result of a virus, and you absolutely, positively, MUST sing, steroids may help, BUT -- this is just a last ditch, desperate attempt and only under the guidance of a doctor with experience with singers. For 99.9% of singers, the only reasonable treatment is a little rest, plenty of fluids, steam inhalation. If it lasts longer than three weeks, you may need to be scoped to look at the vocal tract.
