I only wore mine on my entrance (as Katisha in MIKADO) - wayyyy too
cumbersome for any longer than that -it was a REAL wooden birdcage -- and I
had a rubber lizard in it instead of a bird. In act 2, the lizard lived in
my hair. Now he lives above my kitchen sink on the windowsill - I may move
him to my studio. I call him Bob.
