Actually, I've meant to say hello for a while. I was at Eastman from 1987-1991, and I don't think we ever met, but I certainly knew your name. I hope all is well.
Anyway! I just wanted to add that, never having worked much with Feldenkrais. Your description is exactly what I have found in my own experimentation with a little AT knowledge. I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said. Thanks for the description.
