I must clarify this a little further: The best female opera singers, who are successful on the big stages, sing with A LOT of speech in their voice, perfectly blended between the heavy and light mechanisms. The ones with wobbles or hollow, small tones that will never make it on the big stage, well, that's a different matter. They are more like what you are describing. TinaO
