Correct me if I'm wrong, but Moreschi was in his
seventies when these recordings were made?

Also, the Farinelli movie thing, as I'm sure most
know, was to combine a counter tenor and soprano via
computer. It's a great achievement really I guess?
However, listen to Joan Sutherland and Maria Callas
for a relatively comporable effect for soprano
castrati, and Hugette Tourangeu and Marilyn Horne for
alto versions!!
