For a rolled "r", try doing a 5-note descending scale with a triplet pattern on each note on the words "pot-o-tea" (say it kind of sloppy, like you're an American saying, "Hey, wanna pot-o-tea?"). The faster you do it, the quicker you will break into a rolled r, as if you were saying, "parrrty, parrrty, parrrty, parrrty, parrty!"
For a flipped "r", try the same scale, only saying, "cada" (again, like an American southerner saying "Carter", or Jimmy himself, for that matter). Then switch to "cara". They live in pretty much the same place.
