I always thought a double bill of both operas might be interesting, though I'm not sure if the same soprano could sing both - particularly given how vocally and emotionally draining the Poulenc is (hard to do that AND another opera, even a one-acter). Also, VOIX HUMAINE, like many French operas, is in that "inter-fach" territory that enables it to be sung both by sopranos and mezzos.
Also be aware: THE TELEPHONE is a comedy. LA VOIX HUMAINE most definitely is not.
