I had taken an Alexander class once about 10 years
ago, and didn't find much use for myself. However,
last year I did take a class with a woman who is both
dancer/singer/Alexander instructor. She made so much
sense to me - as Alexander is not so much a "posture"
as it is a way of life and a way of movement (IMHO).
Remember, it will not work in and of itself unless you
are willing to learn to use it in your own way.
