Hey Mike-
Was it you who some time ago mentioned using an image of the sensation of
pushing a beach ball down into water related to singing sensations? If so,
do you recall what this "sensation" was in reference to...(I can't access
the archives right now do to some quirk with changing my email address)...I
think perhaps it was "breath management"? I've finally identified with
(i.e. "felt") this sensation personally, but I think in a difference
context...so I'm curious to hear again what you think (physiologically) is
going on to create this sensation.
That is, if it was your imagery...
