All of these suggestions are nice and will help somewhat, but at the core of all of this is unfortunately vocal overuse and what kind of tiredness it is. A muscular fatigue based tiredness usually bounces back within a few hours of rest. A vocal fold swelling hoarseness does not and may be worse the next day. One way to monitoring for a mucosal disturbance is to do swelling tests which involve soft high singing. Swelling will preclude this phonation and is a sign to shut up for a while until you can complete these tasks successfully. Using the voice too much in this condition will make the swellings stubborn.
Some of your speech habits may contribute to the problem, they may not, but you should reevaluate your behaviors and try to correct them if they are at issue. However, even healthy speakers can fatigue if the burden is too great.
