The score is available for rental from Boosey and Hawkes. They do mention "perusal" on their site - which, if it's like Schirmer, means they will loan you the score for 10-30 days (Samuel French does 10 days; Schirmer does 30) at no charge for your "perusal", as long as you absolutely assure that it is returned to them within the perusal period.
Go to: http://www.boosey.com/publishing/pages/Catalogue/catalogue_main_page.asp
And search accordingly for "Leonard Bernstein" (composer) and "Wonderful Town" (work). This will bring up the pop-up windows with all the details on how to arrange for the rental/perusal. The B&H site also gives contact info if you wich to telephone them about perusal arrangements.
Depending on how scrupulous you are, you may wish to also arrange with them for the rights to reproduce the music for the one song you are seeking, in which case I suspect they will charge you about $9.00 - based on what they are charging for the single-song from WONDERFUL TOWN that they do offer for sale.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsyl., 1759
