This one didn't take a lot of though, but a friend of mine named his
daughter Aria. Let's see, Leonora is a popular name in operas, and who can
forget Violetta?! I think Dorabella or Floria could be good, and if you
wanted to be a little more risqué you could go for Lulu! Oh, how about
Lucia or Mimi! Boys' names might be a little harder, because it seems to me
that foreign-sounding girls' names are more easily accepted than for boys.
You could always adapt them though, like Rudy (Rudolph) instead of Rodolfo,
Marc instead of Marcello, or Al(fred) for Alfredo.
