I have included in my chapter "Altissimi" a section on Wolfson and the Roy Hart
Theatre; I have some of the tapes,
obtained from Derek Gale, in the 1980's, who was involved in the development of
these methods. One of the more
recent writers was Richard Armstrong, who outlined the system and its history,
Personally, I have to say that I found "Eight Songs for a Mad King" a bit trying
on the ear !
I will try and contact that old friend of mins: Derek Gale, and see what I can
find; also I may be able to dig out his
brochures,
