I'd like to second the recommendation for I Never Saw Another Butterfly. My teacher performed this on her recital a few years back and it was the set that everyone still remembers the most out of all her performances - it was very moving. Much of it is quite melodic with the sax and doesn't sit too terribly high. The only difficulty she remembered was maintaining intonation between the two instruments in certain spots.
