If they get themselves a rhythm section they could perform any
standard (Our Love is Here to Stay, My Funny Valentine, God Bless the
Child, Misty, ...). With such songs I would suggest that they choose
keys that keep her low enough in her range that she doesn't sound so
much like a soprano.
