They have a score of "Chansons pour les oiseaux" by Louis Beydts (note spelling of surname) in the Library of Congress Performing Arts Reading Room (LC Control Number unk84073074).
I suggest that if you're in the D.C. area, you go to the Library and copy the score (their photocopiers cost $0.5 per page). If you're out of area, you can probably get the score copied for you through the Library's Photoduplication Service. Check out the terms and conditions on their webpage:
