Well Ian I must thank you for your advice. you said

I must say your right, my voice is quite flexible than say a Baritones, but I
still have not perfected the art of trilling. I do something that sounds
like a trill ((its actually quite a birdie sound when Im in good voice)), but
it's not always reliable.
I will have to work on the exercises that you suggested especially the
relaxation stuff, and I will definitely let you know if they have helped me.
