nothing keeps you awake like heavy metal. guns&roses' "welcome to the
jungle" and AC/DC's "highway to hell" stick out in my mind as having kept
me well awake at 4:00am on the road. swing music is pretty good.
something else that might be good would be comedy tapes. but, if it is
music you must have, then something loud, upbeat and relatively stupid is the
way to go.
