For a rising major 7th, the only tune I know is the duet between Aida
and Radames in act 4. I never found it much use for my pupils as none of
them had ever heard it :)
However, The opening of Over the Rainbow goes 1-8-7, so you can
"imagine" the 8 and just sing the 1-7.
