Just a brief note about applying the Alexander/Body Mapping principles with my student for the last 2 days. One student in particular suddenly had open free tones with no fear of running out of breath. She left the studion bouncing with jowy and excitement. She showed the most dramatic response but everyone thus far has felt more support, less effort and less fear of running out of air. All I did with them is have them observe their breathing as they hung over a large exercise ball. I can't wait to guide them in the rest of the principles and I'm going back to my own Alexander teacher as soon as possible. Anne C.
