I think the Museum of Television and Radio in NYC and Los
Angeles may have it available for viewing. I think I may
have viewed it there myself (my memory fades, but I know I
saw it, and that's the only place I could have seen it,
unless it ran on cable some time in the last few years). It
is a terrific place to go if you're in the vicinity - I go
as often as I can when I'm in the city. There are tons of
singers, opera and otherwise, you can view in their library.
