Well...here's a LONG story. I woke up with VERY high fever and shivers, and the white blood cell came out 23,730 (which means a HOLY COW infection). They looked for Gall problems, they looked for appendicitis... that was yesterday. Today, they poked around for hOURs and finally thought of looking down my throat....Guess what I have????
TONSILITIS. It seems I'm totally Asymptomatic, I haven't felt pain, irritation, NOTHING, but my tonsils are very swollen and deformed (which can explain why I was having so much trouble placing the sound the other day with Dies Bildnis....and even THEN I did not feel a thing wrong!).
According to the doc that looked, there's barely a gap between tonsils as it is! And all this while they had been looking in my Gall and my Appendix! He gave me a treatment and then said "you should take them out. They're useless to you and the'll only cause you trouble".
Here's the problem: my family has ALWAYS suffered from respiratory sensitivity...taking them out would mean that I would only be even more sensitive and vulnerable and that infections would go straight to my chest and eventually affect my heart.
I still can't believe I SUNG (studied) with tonsilitis and that I didn't feel (or feel now) a THING. So that's the way it stands now...I can't take them out because I'd just be more vulnerable... I just need to take really good care of them after this treatment is done (Read as : my friendly allergist will have to prescribe me some lifetime medicine, I suppose).... am I being foolish?
