Queen of the Night's aria "Die Holle Rache" from "Die Zauberfloete"; Zerbinetta's aria " Grossmaechtige Prinzessin" from "Ariadne auf Naxos" (Richard Strauss); possibly the Doll Song (Olimpia) from "The Tales of Hoffmann". Some singers, like Mado Robin, interpolated very high notes into standard soprano coloratura arias, although they weren't actually written for that purpose. Also: Mozart wrote a number of songs; "Popoli di Tessaglia" springs to mind, with a g above the high C; also the soprano arias from Massenet's "Esclarmonde", written for Sibyl Sanderson, who could reach that note, too.
