Hi Paul - My Personal feeling on this matter
(being a Highly Allergic sinus infection prone
singer) is........
1. Saline (warm salt water with a pinch of
baking soda) flushes in the nasal passages
and throat garlge with the same.
2. For my crazy dry sinuses (I live in Colorado)
I use Flonase the best Drug I've found in years!
