I've been in St.Louis for Opera Theater St. Louis' summer festival. We open
Rameau's Hippolytus and Aricia tomorrow night, where I sing First Fate (a
role actually written for male alto. . .it is VERY low, and very
challenging.) I'll be finished with the contract June 24th, and plan on
taking the rest of the summer off from performing to concentrate on my
audition rep.
