It's part of a general guide to the pronunciation of European Portuguese,
but includes some points of how it differs from the Brazilian varieties. In
the case of Villa-Lobos you might want to make sure that he didn't have
classical European pronunciation in mind, since he was doubtless writing
for a non-popular audience - also I have nom idea if there is any
snobbiness about class or regional accents such as the English speaking
world possesses. john
