Tip of the Day
Sleep Better for a Song
Is your snoring habit keeping you and your partner up at night? Try trading it in for a singing habit instead.
In a recent study, participants who practiced singing exercises for 20 minutes per day for 3 months saw a reduction in their snoring. Researchers speculate that singing may reduce snoring problems by helping to tone the soft palate, which can become lax and interfere with breathing.
