Isn't it terrible this year!! We have had record pollen counts in
Washington with no rain for the the past two weeks, which would wash
a lot of the stuff away. I was at my lesson on Tuesday evening
working on Ruhe meine Seele which goes down to the tenor low C twice
on Ruhe. Needless to say what came out wasn't very pretty!!! It's
interesting that the collected gunk fouls up the low notes and
doesn't really affect my high notes at all. I guess I should stick
to high bel canto tenor arias this time of the year :-)
