Dear Rachel, Naomi, John, and Mike,
thank you so much for your helpful advice on how to free my lower back. I've had about 3 or 4 lessons since I started following a combination of your suggestions (worry less, take more time, lying on floor, Feldenkrais steps) and while I still struggle on some days the situation is much improved. Thank you for the help!
