In case it wasn't obvious (and it probably wasn't) the Feldenkrqais
lesson I posted in my reply to Ingo has potential value to EVERONE
whether or not you are currently experiencing any difficulty in your
back. I would be interested in reading about the experience of anyone
who does the lesson. To connect the lesson more clearly to singing, I
would suggest doing some vocalization before and after the lesson.
