Nah...Nah.. Nah Mike you can't get away with that.
You're saying to the virgin athlete..bugger the
training, just get out there and break the one minute
mile. Is training necessary in your opinion then
for anything? : )

Since you like the car analogies, the racing car driver
is the song but the car is the tuned device that he
performs upon. Without the vehicle the song is silent.

Of course you could put him on a push bike and see
how he goes!!!
