The key words there are "what your body needs that moment of that day." So trueboth in yoga practice and in singing practice. Sometimes we singers get a bit panicky when the voice doesn't respond the same from one day to the next. Yet why should it? How could it? It is our body, after all. If we can just learn to tune in -- be aware -- our bodies will tell us exactly what they need. And, indeed, this is why yoga is such a wonderful practice, because it helps to teach us that awareness.
