The cycle was originally composed for 3 different singers, if I remember
well. It has been recently given in this form at Paris Th=E9=E2tre du Ch=E2=
telet,
but I am not at home to check my program notes. BTW, this performance was
not very convincing.

original keys. Could you elaborate on the performance you mention,
though--was it specifically not convincing because of the wide key changes=
?
