Hi,
I have been a "lurker" on this list, but now I finally have a
question. I find that every few months a lot of the resonance in my
voice simply disappears (it usually returns after a month or two),
especially in the middle and top of my voice . Sometime it happens
after a long and difficult choral performance (I sing tenor 2 with the
Capitol Hill Choral in D.C.-- YAY!). Sometimes there is no rhythm or
reason whatsoever. The "break" becomes very difficult to negotiate.
Also, I find it difficult to switch from falsetto to my normal
register, which isn't usually the case. By the way, I used to sing
Bass 1 in the chorus. The transition to tenor 2 has been so easy, and
less tiring on my voice as well. Anyway, why I am having these
problems?
