What also seems to work quite well is the following, if I can describe it properly. Make your hands into fists. Turn them out.Place them on your cheeks and push gently. Your mouth should get a very pretty "ah" shape. The added advantage of this way is that your ribcage also opens up and your back straightens.(that's why the fists must face outwards.)
