You don't mention whether you're actually having any *problems* because of
this. I certainly wouldn't consider any surgery unless the problems well
outweighed the risks. [Yes, some people have had great results. But others
I know haven't gotten much from this....]

As for singing with a sore throat: I have to stick with not doing it if it
hurts. I agree you should try to get to a doctor sooner. But 3 mos. is
*not* a lot of time compared to permanent damage.
