Hi all,

Well, it's finally happened. I got a job that I can quit my pesky day job
for. I've been hired to play Golde in "Fiddler" for the Crown Uptown in
Wichita. I'm pretty freaked out. I got the job based on a phone call from a
producer I auditioned for in Michigan. I've never worked for this man, but
he's giving my name out to other producers---I got hired over the phone just
on the recommendation of this Michigan fellow. (I must have given a hell of
an audition.)

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this theater, or Wichita in
general (I've never been there).

Also, I'm thinking of finding a voice teacher or coach while I'm there so
that I don't slide too far on my classical stuff. Anyone know of someone in
Wichita? Any info would be great.

The only bad thing is that I have to find a home for my 2 cats. Ah, well.
